| DEPOSIT & PAYMENT Deposit is required at time of booking to hold the house. Deposit is equal to one half of the cost of stay. Payment due at time of check in. Deposit will be credited to credit card within one week of check out. Deposit will be forfeit if not reservation in not cancelled with 45 days prior notice. The only exception is if the vacancy filled by others. CLEANING & MAINTENANCE Normal "wear and tear" is expected. However, any damages or excessive cleaning will result in material costs, plus $40/hr restoration fee. In the event a professional Contractor is required to restore the property due to tenant negligence, the tenant will be responsible for the Contractor's fees. PETS Pets are OK but must be kennelled if left unattended. Any cleaning or damages due to pets will not be considered normal "wear and tear". |
